Happy Anniversary and Happy Birthday!!

The World According to Eggface.. aka.  Michelle is having an Anniversary & Birthday giveaway!   she is giving aways some awesome goodies..

I would love to try those goodies she uses to help maintain her weight loss.  As some maybe away i was banded almost 4 yrs ago and i'm almost back to my weight before surgery.. I never really let the band work for me.  I'm so mental! But this eating stuff is all mental.  I want to really try to work and lose about 40 lbs by September but i know thats insane to do.. So i'm shooting for 20lbs.  I want to start the Atkins Diet. I know of another lady who was banded she too did atkins and has lost alot and is keeping it off and does not crave the sweets and carbs she loved.
