Life on the {Scrap}Beach March 2010 Crop Challenges

OMG.. This months challenges were HARD!!

Challenge 1: RAINBOW BRITE: challenge is to make a layout using every color of the rainbow {red, orange, green, blue and violet} PLUS white+grey+black OR cream+kraft+brown. You can use any shade or tone of a particular color that you like. For example, pink is a shade of red, so using pink on your layout will fulfill your red requirement

Challenge #2: Acid Wash Jeans--challenge is to make a layout or project that incorporates stamping with bleach. Note: since bleach is acid, this project will not be archival safe.
(waiting for FERN To buy me bleach!)

Challenge #3: Breakfast Club--challenge is to create a layout about eating. For example, my husband and I have a tradition of making a fabulous Sunday brunch together each week. It's a chance to be together in the kitchen, read the paper, relax and enjoy each other's company. It's something I've really missed since he's been gone. Your layout doesn't have to be about breakfast. It can be about everything from a backyard BBQ to Thanksgiving dinner, but it should somehow be about a shared meal.

Challenge # 4: Transformer--challenge is to make a layout or project involving a major interactive element that transforms the look of the project when opened. Examples include double slider pockets, waterfall cards, explosion boxes, accordion folders, etc

Challenge #5: Like, Omigod! It's a scrunchie!- challenge is to make a layout or project using crumpled or "scrunched" paper.

Challege #6: Pretty in Pink--challenge is to make a layout or project using ONLY the color pink. It can be any shade of pink. You may also use a black pen to do your journaling if you don't have a pink journaling pen. Other than that, every single thing on the layout or project must be pink.
