Well, I found Ms. Ashley Sketch contest through Jenn from Live teach create.   I like need lots of help doing layouts.  So I found that sketches help me a lot!! I’m so loving Ashley’s Blog, Designs by Ashley Rock .  Here is my take on her sketch contest..   For my project I turned the sketch around. I decided to break out  and use all the new stuff I bought this year! WOW!  a First for me!  This is from the Studio Calico February Club. So love it!   Love making this flower! Yikes just realized it says 2012!! need to change it to 2011!!!

I'm doing this post because i tried to put the blinkie on my sidebar but says the photo has been deleted: hmm well you can still click on the that deleted pic and it will take you to her site! WOWO UPDATE!:: it works on the post but not on the sidebar weird!!  very weird!! --kathy

Yellow & White!  I don’t know about you but I’m so loving yellow right now!  Just yesterday I created another card with yellow, green and white. So loving it!  This card was created for the Annabelle Stamps blog challenge .  Since I’m starting to unhoard all my new stuff, I broke out my background stamp that I had to have like several months ago!  Loving the Chevron background stamp by Hero Arts. Cute!  I white embossed it on basic yellow cardstock from Recollections (M’s brand).  I don’t know about y’all but I’m loving this card!  I placed some yellow hearts white I added some perfect pearls to it and placed a simple yellow flower on top of the knot on the ribbon.  ZigZag dry embossed boarder punch is from MS. The sentiment is from the exclusive Studio Calico Dear Lizzy stamp set.
